Welcome to WEARit Apparel. By placing an order or interacting with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Scope

WEARit Apparel provides custom clothing, activewear, teamwear, as well as corporate and promotional gifts. We offer full-service production and branding options based on client requirements.

2. Orders & Approval

Orders are processed once final artwork and payment are received.

All designs must be approved in writing before production begins.

3. Production Timeline

Our standard turnaround time is 10–18 work‑days from artwork approval and payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

No returns or refunds are permitted unless the product is defective or materially incorrect.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom designs provided by clients remain their property. WEARit Apparel reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise instructed.

6. Limitation of Liability

WEARit Apparel is not liable for delays due to acts beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, load shedding).

7. Use of Website

All content and visuals on our site are owned by WEARit Apparel and may not be reproduced without permission.
